blade sharpening is recommended for best performance.

Please note: We recommend to go for your normal shoe size to ensure a snug fit
and provide suitable ankle support and that these particular ice skates are

Skatehut was formed in 2007 as a small family business following a holiday to
the USA. The MD has three sons and when his eldest spotted a pair of Heelys in
one of the theme parks he decided he had to have a pair!
When they got home they found Heelys were very difficult to get hold of in the
UK. They decided that the only thing to do was to start selling them
themselves. Within a few months there were over a thousand pairs in their house!
From there we have steadily increased our product range to include
skateboards, scooters, skates and much more. We now have over 2000 product
lines in stock and more on the way! With all of these products in stock we
needed space to hold them all, which we now have with our Three warehouses and
main Halesowen store, as well as a store at Greystone Sports Academy in
Manchester and at the Adrenaline Alley Skatepark in Corby.
We listen to our customers feedback to improve services and add new brands and
products all the time. We have a great team of people in our warehouse, office

Our Express service is by Yodel 24 Next Working Day service and is £3.99.
Orders will be dispatched within 1 business day of being placed and payment

package. On the day of delivery, you will also receive a text/email
notification from the courier to inform you of the estimated delivery window.
This service does not include Sunday or Bank Holidays. This service is only
available for UK Mainland customers and excludes some Scottish
Highland/Postcode areas and Off-shore UK areas (*exclusion postcodes listed
below). Orders placed after 3pm Friday will be shipped on Monday.
Complete Bikes & Frames
Orders for Complete Bikes and Bike Frames have a 5 working day dispatch
window as the majority of these are warehoused at the distributors with a live
stock feed. Once an order is placed, the bike or frame will be sent to us from
the distributor asap and then sent to the customer via tracked courier. Whilst
we allow 5 days for dispatch, most orders are sent sooner than this and we will
always endeavor to deliver your new bike or frame asap. Should there be any
delay or issue with our supplier we will contact you asap to resolve.Please
Note: Bikes are large items and therefore cannot be shipped fully assembled,
some assembly will be required.
The estimated delivery schedule and postage cost will be displayed during
checkout for international delivery locations. There will be a flat rate
service option for most available destinations as well as eBay GSP options for
qualifying items/ locations.
Please note: GSP Delivery is only available on orders placed through our UK
Delivery to Europe using the flat rate service is by tracked DPD courier or

We are happy to offer our UK customers peace of mind when returning an order
for exchange by providing a Free Return via Collect Plus or Royal Mail Tracked
Return services. Please ensure that you inform us of your intent to return by
opening a return request on your eBay order with any relevant details (within
30 days of delivery). If you are returning for refund then a return label will
still be available using these services at a charge of £2.99 which will be
deducted from the refund amount.

UK Royal Mail Tracked Return - Smaller items (Available for parcels up to 61 x
46 x 46 cm)
The Royal mail tracked return service means that you can drop your parcel off
at one of over 11,500 Post Offices in the UK. When you drop off your parcel at
the Post Office you will be given a receipt that will have the tracking details
for your parcel so you can track where it is and see when we receive it. Royal
Mail Tracked Return services are usually used for shoes, clothing, skates,
skateboards, scooters and other similar sized items. Anything over 5kg or a
large shoe/skate box, please use the above Collect Plus return method.
If returning items from outside the UK, we are, unfortunately, unable to
provide a free service and this will be at the cost of the customer (unless the
item is faulty). It is recommended that a tracked service is used as SkateHut
cannot be held accountable for items lost on their return journey. If you are
returning a faulty item from outside the UK we recommend that you contact us
via eBay immediately with details of your issue and we will assist with the
