Tops- The Chest is measured lying flat from armpit to armpit then doubled. The Length is measured from the seam at the base of the neck down the back to the hem. Pants- The waist measured lying flat across the top then doubled. The inseam measured from seam at groin to bottom of pant leg hem. Shoes- Unless otherwise stated item is measured using the total length and width of the outsole. Due to the nature of donations used items may have unforeseen damage not noted in the description. Some Jeans may have distressed appearance. We do not guarantee all are by manufacturers design. Sleeve Length- When applicable sleeves are measured in total length along the outside from the top shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.

Payment
We accept PayPal as our primary form of payment. We are unable to accept cash or checks through the mail due to Ebay’s Accepted Payments Policy.
We require customers to submit payment within seven (7) days from the ended auction. If not received within this time, we reserve the right to relist the item or no longer offer it for purchase. We do make exceptions in the case of emergencies, however prompt communication is required.
Shipping
We use FedEx Ground as our shipping carrier. We use eBay’s Global Shipping Program for our international customers. As a third-party shipper, we do not determine the charges nor do we have the ability to waive any international transaction fees. Please refer to eBay’s International Trading Policy to review prohibited items, restricted categories and to reference a list of eligible countries.
Combined Shipping
We make our best attempt to combine shipping in the event more than one item has been purchased. For most items we charge a $1.00 handling fee for each additional item on top of the highest shipping charge, unless they are of unusual dimension or size. We ask the customer contact us BEFORE payment so that we can accurately quote a price and have it reflected in the invoice.
For our repeat customers who commonly purchase multiple items: we allow a 14-day window for the accumulation of purchases for a single shipment. Items purchased outside of this time frame will be shipped separately or with other items purchased in the following 2-week window. Please note: due to our automated shipping service, items are prepared for shipment immediately after payment has been received. Thus, we cannot hold nor delay shipments to be combined with other auctions once paid.
